Tsukiji Restaurant

This is my favourite sashimi place , the food here is so gorgeous! I love the vibe in this restaurant, if you want to try it, come it at around 6.10pm because they have many customers! I love it, definitely recommend it to everyone to try it!

My favourite Japanese restaurant in mel! Can’t remember how many times being there! The good thing is they allow BYO, so everytime I will bring my own white wine and just ask the for the ice bucket, super friendly staff, multiple selections of Japanese sashimi that was both artfully presented and exceptionally fresh. Each slice of fish was a testament to the chef’s dedication to precision and quality—delicate, silky textures paired with a subtle, clean flavor that honored the natural taste of the sea.

One unique but best asset of Tsukiji is the ability to pick and choose your own seafood. Most seafood options are priced well varying the size and type of cut. If you know which ones are most fresh you would get the most out of this restaurant. Decent price, presentation is lovely. The sashimi we pick out have been quite fresh and tasty! Would recommend for those who love seafood! But it’s definitely a tip to know which one seafood to pick based on freshness to really get your bang for your buck.

Like always, fresh sashimi, quick service, no waiting. Love how you can pick what you want and they’ll cut it up for you. We also had the assorted tempura, served hot and batter was just perfect. The atmosphere is very casual. The self serve water station had cups but they were all wet.

The sashimi was so fresh and great quality! We can choose the fresh sashimi from the shelf, there are many options such as Tuna, salmon, scallops and white fish then kitchen staff cut the fish with beautiful presentation. We had a great time in Tsukiji Restaurant! Thank you.
